At the You Tube site, for the video you want to insert, find the "imbed" box to the right of the video. Put your cursor to the far left of this box by left clicking it once. The code highlights in blue. Right click your cursor, and then select "copy."

STEP 1:

1) Start your message as usual. Click on the mountain image 2 icons to the left of the smiley (same icon used to upload images from your YUKU account)
2) Click "add from url" button, upper left of screen. A window pops up
3) Type/paste the url into the window and click OK button
4) Your photo will appear in the window. See image below for an illustration of the above steps.
