Who knows if Donegan has taken the multi-millions he and his family and his Tyler Music have made exploiting Justin Hayward's songs "offshore" for tax reasons? The last time I checked, it appeared that Tyler Music (Donegan's company) had deals with a New York-based rights clearance agency. I think that Justin would very much welcome the return of his songwriting 'rights" for justice reasons, apart from any monetary gain, and if required he would be more than willing to pay whatever taxes on his restored revenues might be required.

I think it was clear from this excellent interview that Justin is still very upset about how he was exploited by Donegan . As well he should be!
